SAINTS 3/1 DRAW 12/5 WOLVES EVENS

I am looking through all the odds and looking at all the different types of bets that can be made, and I sit here stumped. My head says that only the bookies win, my heart says that certain events take place and why not give it a go.

In the first instance we have Morgan Schneiderlin, been in the news this week because he is tipped to move to Arsenal. He could pop up and score. and the odds of him being the first to do so is at best 28/1 and 9/1 to score at any point in the 90 mins.

Then we have the bet itself, 3/1 for a team playing at home. Yes we are playing the league leaders, but we still have past form of beating top opposition. And we are not on the telly. You could if you wanted, take a handicap bet and have a goal advantage and still get evens, so effectively you are covering the draw and saints win for evens.

I do laugh though, and muse to the fact at least I am not alone when making bad calls. I read the Metro yesterday and inside was the sporting tipster giving his tips of the week. One of which was to bet on the England cricket team beating India today. Just seen that India set a record one day total. Great tip that Metro ...
